1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 When you visit, browse or purchase from Lu’s 3D (“Lu’s 3D,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers and contributors.

1.2 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the site following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Our Products and Services

2.1 Lu’s 3D produces customised and made‑to‑order 3D‑printed items. Product descriptions, images and specifications on our site are provided for information only. Minor variations may occur due to the nature of 3D printing and the raw materials used.

2.2 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Placement of an order does not constitute our acceptance; we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in our sole discretion (for example, due to material shortages, suspected fraud or when a design violates our policies).

3.2 Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We may change prices without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

3.3 You must provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information. Payment must be received in full before we commence production of your 3D‑printed item.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 We will ship your order to the address provided. Estimated processing and shipping times are displayed during checkout; however, these are estimates only. While we take care to package products securely, transit times and delivery dates are controlled by carriers and may vary.

4.2 Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by carriers or customs; however, we guarantee that your order will arrive intact. If your product is damaged upon arrival, refer to our Returns and Refunds section.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Because our 3D‑printed items are made to order and often customised, we do not accept change‑of‑mind returns or exchanges. Please review product details before placing your order and contact us with any questions in advance.

5.2 We guarantee that your order will arrive as described. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must email accounts@lus3d.com within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. We may require return of the defective item. Once verified, we will either send a replacement or issue a repair or refund, at our discretion. 6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on this website—including images, product designs, logos, graphics, text and software—is the property of Lu’s 3D or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual‑property laws.

6.2 You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, display, modify or otherwise exploit any of our designs or content without prior written permission from us. Purchasing a 3D‑printed product does not grant you any rights to the underlying design beyond personal, non‑commercial use.

7. User Conduct

7.1 You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. This includes (but is not limited to) posting or transmitting harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene or offensive content; infringing upon our intellectual property; hacking or interfering with the security or operation of our site; or attempting to copy, reverse‑engineer or misappropriate our designs.

7.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our site without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the extent permitted by law, Lu’s 3D is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the order in question.

8.2 Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law provides consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupply of the goods or refund of the purchase price.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 These Terms and any disputes arising under them are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
