October Production Update

We're taking a short break from 6–30 October

We're heading away on our honeymoon! Our online store will remain open, but there are a few important things to know about production while we're away.

πŸ’™ The website is staying open!

You can continue shopping and placing orders as normal throughout our break. Everything at Lu's 3D is made to order, so production times will just work a little differently over the next few weeks.

Orders placed from 21 September

Our cutoff for guaranteed dispatch before we leave has now passed.

We're still here and the printers are still running! We'll continue manufacturing and dispatching as many orders as possible before 6 October.

However, orders placed from 21 September onwards are not guaranteed to be dispatched before we leave. If we don't manage to complete your order beforehand, don't worry β€” it'll stay safely in our production queue ready for when we're back.

πŸ›’ Ordering while we're away

The Lu's 3D website will remain open between 6–30 October and you're more than welcome to place an order.

Production will be paused while we're away, so orders that haven't already been completed will enter or resume production once we're back.

πŸ–¨οΈ

Production resumes from 31 October

Once we're back, we'll fire the printers back up and work through outstanding orders in the order they were received. Please bear with us while we work through the queue β€” we'll get everything moving as quickly as we can!

πŸ“§ Need to get in touch?

We'll have limited access to email between 6–30 October, so replies may take a little longer than usual.

If you've already placed an order, there's no need to worry β€” your order is safely in our system and we'll manufacture and dispatch it as soon as we're able.

Thank you! πŸ’™

The support Lu's 3D has received lately has been absolutely incredible and you've certainly kept the printers busy!

Thanks for your patience while we take a short break β€” and most importantly, thank you for continuing to support our little Australian business.
